A beautiful, confident and empowered family welcomed precious Alexis earthside using the many techniques discussed in the Positive Birth Program.
“We ended up needing to be induced which did affect my hope of having a water birth. I used water at the end though which was amazing. We had the most amazing experience and we wanted to send a massive thank you your way as we wouldn’t have been able to do it without you passing on your knowledge. I managed to get through the majority of the labour without any pain medication, only a small amount of gas needed towards the end to help me get through when I was getting tired. Breath-work was the absolute key ingredient. Both midwives and my Obstetrician were calling me their silent achiever! I heard my Obstetrician turn to the midwife after she was born and comment on how amazing my breathing was when birthing her right at the end. Once again, thank you so much for helping us birth our beautiful baby girl. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without you”.
My heart is so full. Congratulations and it was an honour to share your journey with you 💕

When our paths crossed, this strong mum was pregnant with baby number two. She openly disclosed details about her first birth, the many interventions she encountered resulting in an undesirable birthing experience.
Early in her second pregnancy, this amazing mum knew she wanted to remove the fear associated with her first birth. With her caring partner, she attended my Positive Birth Program to be educated, informed and empowered with knowledge to create a positive mindset.
With an incredible support team by her side, this capable mum advocated for her desires, trusted her instincts, radiated confidence and changed positions instinctively to birth her baby boy in the posterior position!
